Shipping Policy

 

Please note we only ship to the U.K.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Orders are dispatched with a standard shipping service usually arriving in 3-5 days​. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that the estimated times shown at checkout are estimated transit times from the shipping courier and not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping times may vary, particularly during holiday periods where customers may experience a  5-10 day delay in receiving orders.

If you haven’t received your order within 6-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name, order email address and order number.

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged Packages

 

Please note we do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Customers must contact their shipping courier to investigate lost or stolen packages. We can support customers in these investigations. 

 

Following the outcome of investigations by the shipping courier, they are responsible for compensating any lost/damaged/stolen packages.
