Returns Policy

If the product you receive is defective, does not meet expectations or you would like to exchange for another item we are happy to provide a full refund minus shipping costs.

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be in new and unworn condition as you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged items.

Please note that we do not accept returns on products that are part of a sale or are specified as non-returnable.

Once your return request has been accepted by us, we will provide you with return details.

 

PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE A NOTE INSIDE YOUR PARCEL WITH ORDER NUMBER AND REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND.

Refunds

Please note that our returns can take 7-10 working days to process once your parcel has arrived at our warehouse. You will receive a notification as soon as this process has been completed and we have issued your refund or exchange. 

 

You will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
